Triple Chocolate
My Triple Chocolate Cake is made with dutch and natural cocoa then layered with whipped chocolate mousse frosting. Topped with my very own Sparkle Berries. Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate please!

This Lemon Cake is made with my home made lemon curd, a sweetened whipped cream frosting and topped with Sparkle Berries. Lemon-licious!

A Carrot Cake that's made with hand grated carrots, soften golden raisins, and oven toasted pecans.  Frosted with local honey cream cheese frosting. Get your daily dose of vegetables, fruits and nuts in one delightful bite!

Vanilla Bean Almond
You've never tasted vanilla cake like this before. Of course unless you've tasted my vanilla bean almond. Made with vanilla bean, real almond extract and topped off with white chocolate mousse frosting. This cake is the new yellow with Sparkle Berries on top.

All of my cakes are made with my own hand crafted recipes. Always made with love and the very best ingredients available. Everything I make, the cake, the frostings, the lemon curd, the sweetened whipped cream, the Sparkle Berries are made from scratch in my kitchen.  I work with the seasons for all of the produce I use while always doing my best to support local flavor by baking with local organic ingredients.
